트립고고의 유료 상품(여행 일정 건당 결제, 4.99달러)은 디지털 콘텐츠로, 결제가 승인되는 즉시 전체 일정 콘텐츠가 제공(열람 가능)됩니다.
전체 일정을 열람하기 전이라면 결제일로부터 7일 이내 청약철회를 요청할 수 있으며, 전액 환불됩니다.
전체 일정을 1회 이상 열람한 이후에는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조 제2항 제5호(디지털 콘텐츠의 제공이 개시된 경우의 청약철회 제한)에 따라 청약철회가 제한되며, 원칙적으로 환불되지 않습니다. 열람 개시 사실은 결제·조회 로그로 확인합니다.
다음의 경우에는 열람 여부와 관계없이 전액 환불합니다.
아래 문의처로 결제 일시·주문(거래) 정보를 보내주시면 영업일 기준 3일 이내 확인 후 처리합니다. 환불은 결제에 사용한 수단으로 이루어집니다.

TripGogo's paid product (a one-time per-trip itinerary unlock, $4.99) is digital content — the full itinerary is provided (viewable) immediately once payment is approved.
If you have not yet viewed the full itinerary, you may request withdrawal within 7 days of payment for a full refund.
Once the full itinerary has been viewed at least once, withdrawal is limited under Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Article 17(2)(5) (limitation of withdrawal once provision of digital content has begun), and the purchase is generally non-refundable. Viewing is determined from payment/access logs.
We provide a full refund regardless of viewing status in the following cases:
