이 약관은 트라이준(대표: 박지영, 이하 "회사")가 제공하는 여행 일정 추천 서비스 "트립고고"(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 회사·이용자의 권리, 의무를 정합니다.
① 서비스는 이용자가 입력한 조건(지역, 기간, 인원, 이동수단, 테마 등)에 맞춰 여행 일정과 예상 비용을 자동으로 구성해 제안합니다.
② 서비스가 제공하는 일정·장소·비용 정보는 참고용 제안이며, 실제 방문·구매·예약을 대신하지 않습니다.
① 서비스는 회원가입 없이도 기본 기능을 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다.
② 회사는 서비스 품질 유지를 위해 1일 이용 횟수 등 합리적인 이용 한도를 둘 수 있으며, 한도는 서비스 화면에 표시합니다.
③ 유료 기능 도입 시 회사는 사전에 요금과 조건을 서비스 내에 공지하며, 공지 이전 이용분에 소급 적용하지 않습니다.
① 회사는 여행 일정 1건을 열람할 수 있는 건당 결제 상품(4.99달러)을 제공합니다. 결제는 서비스 내 안내된 결제대행 수단을 통해 이루어집니다.
② 결제 승인 즉시 해당 여행 일정 전체가 제공(열람 가능)되며, 이는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」상 디지털 콘텐츠의 제공에 해당합니다.
③ 환불(청약철회) 조건, 절차, 예외(서비스 결함 시 전액 환불)는 환불 정책(/refund-policy)에 따릅니다.
① 일정에 포함된 장소의 운영시간, 휴무, 요금 등은 공공데이터와 공개된 자료를 기반으로 하며, 실제와 다를 수 있습니다.
② 예상 비용은 지역 평균 등으로 산출한 추정치로, 실제 지출과 차이가 날 수 있습니다.
③ 이용자는 방문·예약 전에 해당 장소의 공식 채널에서 최신 정보를 확인해야 합니다.
① 서비스에는 외부 사이트(지도, 예약, 쇼핑 등)로 연결되는 링크가 포함될 수 있으며, 외부 사이트의 내용과 거래에 대한 책임은 해당 사이트에 있습니다.
② 서비스 내 일부 링크는 쿠팡 파트너스 등 제휴 활동의 일환으로, 회사는 이를 통해 일정액의 수수료를 제공받을 수 있습니다. 해당 링크에는 그 사실을 표시합니다.
서비스가 제공하는 화면 구성, 로고, 편집된 콘텐츠의 권리는 회사에 있습니다. 다만 개별 장소 정보 등 공공데이터는 해당 제공처의 이용조건을 따릅니다.
이용자는 서비스를 자동화 도구로 과도하게 호출하거나, 서비스의 정상 운영을 방해하는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
회사는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 중대한 변경은 서비스 내에 사전 공지합니다.
① 회사는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여, 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 이용자에게 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
② 제4조의 정보 오차, 제5조의 외부 사이트 이용으로 인한 손해에 대해서도 같습니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁은 민사소송법상 관할 법원에 제기합니다.
부칙. 이 약관은 2026년 7월 29일부터 적용됩니다. (2026년 8월 10일: 제3조의2 유료 결제·환불 조항 추가)

These Terms govern the conditions of use, rights, and obligations between TRIJUNE (CEO: Jiyoung Park, "the Company") and users of the travel itinerary recommendation service "TripGogo" ("the Service").
The Service automatically builds a suggested itinerary and estimated cost based on conditions the user enters (region, duration, party size, transport, theme, etc.). All itinerary, place, and cost information is a reference suggestion only and does not substitute for an actual visit, purchase, or reservation.
Core features are available without account registration. The Company may apply reasonable daily usage limits, shown in the Service UI. The Company offers a one-time per-trip unlock ($4.99) that provides full access to a generated itinerary immediately upon payment approval — this is digital content under Korea's e-commerce consumer protection law. Refund (withdrawal) terms, process, and exceptions are governed by our Refund Policy.
Operating hours, closures, and prices for places included in an itinerary are based on public and published data and may differ from reality. Estimated costs are based on regional averages and may differ from actual spending. Users should verify current information through the official channel of each place before visiting or booking.
The Service may include links to external sites (maps, booking, shopping, etc.); responsibility for external content and transactions rests with those sites. Some links are part of affiliate programs (e.g. Coupang Partners), through which the Company may earn a commission — such links are marked accordingly.
Rights to the Service's UI, logo, and edited content belong to the Company (public-data place information follows its own source terms). Users must not abuse or automate calls to the Service in a way that disrupts normal operation. The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, with advance notice for material changes. For the free portions of the Service, the Company is not liable for user damages absent willful misconduct or gross negligence, including damages from information inaccuracies (Art. 4) or use of external sites (Art. 5). These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes are subject to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
