Day 3: Daepo Independence Movement Memorial Hall, Daepo Village, Daepo Port, Daepo Port Original Fried Food Alley, Oeongchi Port. Lunch at Bubu Live Fish Center, dinner at Abai Fish Market Sokcho.
Day 4: Dongmyeong Port, Dongmyeong Breakwater. Lunch at Muneorang. Then head back to Incheon Airport.
Observatories and cable cars can get busy at dusk — aim to arrive about 30 minutes before sunset.
