Shopping in Seoul is easiest in walkable districts like Ground Seesaw Myeongdong, Myeongdong, Myeongdong Cathedral, where shops sit side by side. This itinerary groups shopping streets by neighborhood so you never haul bags far.
From Incheon Airport it takes about 1 hr by the AREX airport railroad. Anything within about 20 minutes on foot, you walk.
