This 4-day itinerary covers all of Jeju's top 20 sights from the Korea Tourism Organization's Data Lab ranking. Nearby sights share a day to cut travel time, and each "Top N" tag is the rank. The top five: Hyeopjae Beach, Osulloc Tea Museum, Seongsan Ilchulbong, Hamdeok Beach (Seoubong Beach), Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market.
From Gimpo Airport it takes about 1 hr 5 min by AIR. Anything within about 20 minutes on foot, you walk.
You stay all 3 nights near Jungmun Saekdal Beach and start every day from the same place — no repacking.

Day 3: Geum Oreum, Hyeopjae Beach, Geumneng Beach, Panpo Port, Sinchang Windmill Coastal Road. Lunch at Hyeopjae Suudong, dinner at Batdamhobak.
Day 4: Iho Tewoo Beach, Gwakji Beach, Hamdeok Beach (Seoubong Beach), Gimnyeong Beach, Woljeong-ri Beach. Lunch at Kkotbap. Then head back to Gimpo Airport.
