From Incheon Airport it takes about 3 hr 30 min by AREX and KTX. Anything within about 20 minutes on foot, you walk.

Day 1: Gyeongju Wolseong Fortress, Gyeongju Donggung and Wolji, Hwangnyongsa History and Culture Center, Wolseong Irang. Lunch at Yi Pungnyeo Guro Ssambap, dinner at Yoseokgung 1779.
Day 2: Gyeongju Jaemae Pavilion, Gyochon Village, Gyeongju, Choi Bu-ja House, Gyeongju, Gyeongju Hyanggyo Confucian School, Woljeong Bridge. Lunch at Jinsu Seongchan, dinner at Eosim Sushi.
Day 3: Guisan Seowon, Gyeongju Kim Yusin Tomb, Heungmu Park, Heungmuro Cherry Blossom Road, Geumjangdae Waterfront Park. Lunch at Moryang Pork Charcoal, dinner at Jangggunam So Suitbul.
Day 4: Gyeongju Culture Institute, Gyeongju Eupseong Fortress. Lunch at Sambu Sikdang. Then head back to Incheon Airport.
Some sites waive or discount admission if you wear hanbok. Rent it in the morning for a relaxed day.
