Day 3: Gyeongju Culture Institute, Gyeongju Eupseong Fortress. Lunch at Sambu Sikdang. Then head back to Incheon Airport.
Some sites waive or discount admission if you wear hanbok. Rent it in the morning for a relaxed day.
